First Things First…Registering as a Consignor
Every consignor who registers for our sale (consignor registration will open sometime within two months prior to the sale) will receive a unique consignor identification number which will be used during each sale that you consign with us. Consignors will price your own items, and then determine whether you would like to discount (which we strongly recommend) and/or donate (again, we strongly recommend).

Discounting Your Items:
Discounted items will be marked down to half price during the final day of our kids consignment sale. Everyone loves a bargain so getting those items left in your inventory at half price will bolster your sales.
Donating Your Items:
Donated items are items that remain in your inventory at the end of the sale. Every consignor has the choice when entering your items into our online inventory system whether they will donate their unsold items at the end of the sale. Items are donated on an individual basis; you do not have to donate everything that doesn’t sell. Donated items become the property of Tiny Treasures Kids Sale, LLC at the close of the sale; most will be donated to a local charity (to be announced). Donations of your unsold items will help local families in need, and will save you the storage space of having to house your leftover items until the next consignment sale.
All items not donated will be picked up by consignors during designated times after the close of the public sale as set forth by Tiny Treasures Kids Consignment Sale. Items not picked up during designated times will be donated regardless of whether they marked to donate.
All children’s and maternity clothing are to be washed prior to the sale. An iron works magic! The closer to new you can make your clothing appear, the better it will sell. Pick up a sticky lint brush from the dollar store to give your clothing a little extra pizazz. Brand names are fabulous, but even more fabulous are clean, like-new clothing. Tiny Treasures Kids Consignment Sale prides itself on being a kids consignment sale where families can come and know they are going to walk away with quality items at a fraction of the retail price. Any clothing not meeting our guidelines will be sent back home with the consignor. Please no stains, tears/rips, outdated, or over-worn clothing items. For consignors who want to get an early start, all clothing must be hung on metal/wire hangers with the open part of the hook on the left. All toys, accessories, furniture, etc. must be wiped down and have working batteries and no missing parts. Thank you for helping us make this a high quality children’s consignment sale.
Consignors will register all of your inventory in our easy-to-use online software, and then print and attach tags to each item according to our Tagging Guidelines. Inventory will carry over from one sale to the next should you choose not to donate.
Drop Off Appointment:
Each consignor will be prompted to sign up for a drop-off appointment after registering for our sale. You will bring your gently used, tagged, inventory for inspection and set-up. Each consignor will be responsible for putting your own items on the sales floor after inspection. Please allow at least one hour at the event facility for your drop-off appointment. All inventory must be ready for sale and sorted by size (smallest to largest) and gender prior to drop-off. Volunteers cannot take drop-off appointments during your volunteer shift. Consignors will be able to select the method by which you receive the proceeds from your sold inventory when registering as a consignor at our sale. Consignors may select to receive payment via Paypal or by check via USPS. Paypal payments will be made within 48 hours of the time we vacate the building and may be subject to fees set forth by Paypal. Traditional paper checks will be mailed out within 14 days of the close of the sale.
